In the last month or two things have gone mostly as expected as can be...busy. But there have been a few surprises. About a week or two before I headed down to Utah I was told my Grandma Solomon was getting worse and had a stroke or seisure...not totally sure which one. I was able to get to know some new things about her when I was down there and really and truely am grateful that I went down! She ended up passing away April 23 (which was also the day my best friend got married and my last full day in Utah). May 1st I went to my nephew's 1 year birthday party. It was fun to see some people and to be able to celebrate it with him!! I still can't believe he is 1!!! My sister in law, Allison, made him two cakes. One for everyone and than an individual one! SHE IS SOOOO TALENTED!!! I love the cakes she made!!! Here are a few pics!!
